We are currently seeking a Security Supervisor to join our NATION. Job Requirements: – Minimum 1 year of management experience – Valid Driver’s License – At least 2 years of experience in the Security or Loss Prevention field – Proficiency in computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint – Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative management approach – Bilingual in English and Spanish (mandatory) – Valid Driver’s License – D and G Security license is a plus – Flexible schedule Responsibilities: – Proactively engage with clients – Familiarity with various security officer roles – Develop and lead a team of security officers – Understanding and application of site-specific protocols – Completion of assigned tasks, including compliance and overtime management – Ability to work independently and as part of a team – Demonstrate leadership and vision in managing staff and projects – Commitment to high ethical standards and fostering workplace diversity – Effective delegation of responsibilities – Availability to work holidays and weekends is a must If you are a dynamic individual with strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a dedication to delivering exceptional security services, we invite you to apply for the Security Supervisor position at Nation Security.
