Position Overview

We’re seeking a dedicated and confident Security Team Leader to oversee daily operations at our centrally located site in Bondi Junction. This is the ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on leadership, values collaboration, and is passionate about delivering first-class service in a calm and supportive environment.
Role Responsibilities
Lead and support a small team of up to 5 Security Officers
Foster positive relationships with clients, customers, and tenants
Ensure compliance with company Quality Systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Maintain high service delivery standards including auditing and reporting
Serve as the on-site go-to person for safety, professionalism, and presence
Roster/Schedule
Roster: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 6:00am – 6:00pm
Location: Bondi Junction, NSW
Parking: Paid onsite and street parking available
Start Date: Immediate
What You’ll Bring
Proven leadership experience in security or a related field
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask with ease
Professionalism and a passion for excellent customer service
Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
Experience in stakeholder engagement, including tenants, property managers, and local police

Qualifications Required
Current NSW Security Licence with Crowd Controller endorsement
Current First Aid & CPR certification
