Job DescriptionNow Hiring Security Site Supervisor to work in Miami Beach, FL!As aSecurity Site Supervisor, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more. TheSecurity Site Supervisorwill act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Payrate: $22.00 / per hour
Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 2300-0700
Must have 2+ years Supervisory Experience.

Valid Florida Security License D License
Valid Driver’s License
Speak English fluently.
Prior security experience required.
Minimum Requirements
Be at least 21+ years of age
Required, ability to use computer or tablet
Required, comfortable working outdoors in all elements of the weather for the entire shift
Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience

Responsibilities
Supervise the day-to-day security operations of an assigned client site
Manage a team of security officers, site and/or shift supervisors including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development, and support
Ensure the client site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property
Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees
Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client site to meet or exceed financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service
Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met
