Job Summary:
Bales Security is looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Unarmed Security Officers to work in the Tampa area. Our Unarmed Security Officers must have a strong work ethic and possess quality customer service skills. Qualified officers must have their D SECURITY LICENSES issued by the State of Florida, and must have reliable transportation. Successful candidates must know how to work smart, possess situational awareness of their surroundings, and understand and follow Post Order requirements as well as Florida State Laws.
Our Agency represents all manner of important client sites such as Schools, Executives, Banks, and other high-profile environments. Responsibilities
Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of visitors, deliveries, and other persons to maintain security of the premises.
Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
Respond quickly to alarms or emergencies, providing first aid or CPR as necessary until emergency services arrive.
Prepare detailed incident reports when needed, and maintain accurate records of daily activities.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary for investigations or emergencies.
Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property.
Enforce rules and regulations in a professional manner while managing conflicts effectively.
Qualifications:
The skills and requirements for this position include but are not limited to:
Proficiency in writing reports;
Strong observation and quick decision-making skills
Proficiency in using electronics;
Present a clean and sharp image while wearing their uniform;
Possess a high level of customer service skills;
Reliable transportation is a must;

Possess effective organizational skills, the ability to handle multi-tasking assignments, and effective time management skills;
Possess exceptional and respectful communication and listening skills;
The ability to work independently within a team environment;

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
