Job Description

Allied Universal Services is seeking a Security Site Supervisor at a Pharmaceutical location in Taunton, MA. This is a full-time position with hours Monday – Friday. The starting pay rate is $21.00/hour with paid orientation.

The ideal applicant would possess at least one year of prior security experience. The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate quality services for an assigned customer, act as a liaison between customers, operations managers, and security officers, and oversee site staff, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within an authorized range.

Qualifications/Requirements

Be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all personnel and the public.

Licensing requirements vary by state and local laws; may be required prior to employment.

Successfully complete a background check and drug screening as per legal requirements.

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Intermediate computer skills for operating wireless technology at client sites.

Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.

Proficiency with scheduling and billing software to produce and interpret reports.

Enforce contract standards and administer site safety programs, including vehicle and driving safety.

Prepared to participate in unemployment hearings.

Enforce company policies outlined in handbooks and memos.

Work in various environmental conditions, occasionally lift/carry up to 40 pounds, climb stairs or ladders, and stand or walk for long periods.
