Job Description
Hourly Pay Rate: $22.66
Mon-Fri 6am-2pm
This position is at an upscale gatehouse in Naples Golf Shore. You will be required to have great customer service skills and be able to use a computer for access control. You must remain polite and courteous while denying people wanting to go past the gatehouse. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining officer compliance with the contract, liaising with the client, ensuring post orders are up to date and all schedules adhere to minimum overtime presets.
The site supervisor will train and discipline subordinates as required.

Allied Universal Services is seeking the position of a Security Site Supervisor.
The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. The Security Site Supervisor will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers. They will supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within the approved empowerment range.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of
