Job Title: Concert Hall Security Officer

Overview:
IronWatch Security is seeking qualified Concert Hall Security Officers to join our team. We are creating a pool of candidates to ensure we have skilled personnel available for upcoming events. Our Event Security Officers play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and event organizers.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor event premises to ensure safety and security protocols are being followed.
Conduct access control at entry points and verify credentials of attendees.
Respond to incidents and emergencies, providing assistance as needed.
Collaborate with event coordinators and law enforcement as necessary.
Perform regular patrols of the event area to deter and detect security breaches.
Provide excellent customer service and assistance to guests and event staff.
Report and document any security incidents or concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
Valid security guard registration, license, or certification, as required by local regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age or older.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Strong customer service skills.
Possess a Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Registration.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driver positions.
Pass a background check.
Available to work all schedules/shifts, including weekends and holidays.
