Security Specialist – Admin & Corporate Services
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for assisting the overall plans and programs of the Admin – Security
Team.
Must be able to assist in developing, documenting, and implementing the
admin policies and procedures.
Must be knowledgeable in security, safety, and risk to provide accurate recommendations and implementation of the existing admin security policy and procedure. The position will also be assisting the Security Head to monitor the security operations and guard force nationwide.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the development and implementation of Admin policy and procedure
Assist in the monitoring, scheduling, and deployment of security personnel on the
assigned region
Assist in managing the overall security program including the external and internal
Investigation
Ensure life safety of Power Mac Center talents including customers
Assist in developing life safety plans including the creation of necessary team (ie; ERT,
OSH Committee and other LGU required teams)
Conducts security awareness seminar/ and orientation together with the Security Lead
Assist in the monitoring and updating security directory, incident monitoring and guards violation
Provide recommendations and other research based ideas on how to strengthen the
loss prevention system.
Conducts security partners performance evaluation on a biannual basis. Works and collaborates with the other teams especially with the Retail, Building and Facilities and Fixed Asset team to have documented guidelines and processes.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree, Political Science, BA Communication Research, Business Studies/ Administration Management or equivalent.
At least 3 years of proven work experience in doing policy creation and documentation, knowledge in security risk management and research.
