Duties & Responsibilities
Performs inherent duties and functions (conduct foot surveillance/monitoring operations in the property, more particularly at the gaming areas, against undesirable persons, provide intelligence information to our uniform Security Ambassadors deployed and employed in the property, more particularly at the gaming area, assist them in the conduct of warrantless arrest (citizen arrest) pursuant to Rule 113 Section 5 of the Rule of Court against the person/s who actually committing/about to commit a crime inside the property
Prepares written Incident Report after tour of duty
Conduct Background Investigation of all new applicants for employment
Conduct investigation of all criminal cases referred to us for investigation
Attend court hearings before the court as a prosecution witness or as a company representative
Performs other duties as the Security Specialist Supervisor, Security Manager for Investigation and Vice President of Security may direct
Performs administrative work
Requirements
Key Competencies & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Criminology (preferred)
Must be able to quickly and correctly identify key investigative issues
Conversant with English.
Possess a flair for numerical and excellent service and communication skills
Excellent computer and typing skills
Must be able to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays.
