Salary:
Starting at $15.50 per hour
Work Hours:
Full Time, Non-exempt. Overnight shifts typically from 7:30 PM to 6:30 AM, with a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays. Three days off per week.

General
Job Duties:
Monitor assigned areas through foot patrols to detect suspicious behavior or hazards.
Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, including moving between sites.
Coordinate with management, law enforcement, fire departments, and medical personnel during emergencies.
Ensure safety rules are followed during merchandising and maintain a safe environment for all.
Provide safety training as directed.
Manage entry/exit points to prevent unauthorized access.
Maintain familiarity with worksite layouts and safety policies.
Document daily activities and incidents accurately and report incidents within 2 hours.
Operate surveillance equipment and investigate disturbances or criminal behavior.
Drive agency vehicle for safety-related tasks.
Attend and participate in safety meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills/
Qualifications:
CPR and First Aid certifications (or obtain within 90 days).
Ability to administer First Aid and CPR.
Level Two Security Guard training provided after 90 days.
Strong observation, communication, critical thinking, and customer service skills.
Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
Ability to work with individuals with disabilities or who are disadvantaged.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including overnight, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to drive and travel between worksites.
Stand, walk for extended periods, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Clear communication via cell phone or Smartphone.
Legal Requirements:
Documentation to meet I-9 requirements.
Ability to pass drug screening, background check, physical assessment, and MVR check.
