Nation Security is seeking motivated and professional Security Officers to join our team! We have immediate positions available for unarmed Security Officers with experience working with children and/or in a school environment. Responsibilities:
– Ensure the safety and protection of the school’s students, staff, visitors, and property.
– Patrol the school premises and monitor surveillance equipment.
– Inspect buildings, equipment, and access points.
– Permit entry and ensure proper identification procedures.
– Respond to alarms and obtain help in emergencies.
– Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities and informing violators of policies and procedures.
– Protect against any trespassers when necessary.
– Maintain a secure environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
Requirements:
– Valid Security Officer class D license issued by the State of Florida.
– Valid Florida Driver’s License.
– Reliable transportation.
– Availability to work shifts, including holidays.
– Professional demeanor and appearance.
– Excellent customer service skills.
– Proficiency in English.
– Ownership of a smartphone.
– Ability to pass a background check with no felony convictions.
– Availability to work Monday through Friday, 10-12 hour shifts.
