Job Overview
We are seeking a Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong observational skills, a proactive approach to security, and the ability to respond effectively to emergency situations.
Duties & Responsibilities
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
Conduct regular inspections and report any irregularities.
Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order.
Assist visitors and staff as needed.
Prepare detailed reports on daily activities and incidents.
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not required.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the use of our security app.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond appropriately to emergencies.
