Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support our administrative team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, , and a background in office management. Responsibilities
Manage and organize files, ensuring all documents are accurately maintained and easily accessible.
Perform proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy in all written communications.
Handle calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for team members.
Operate phone systems to answer calls, take messages, and direct inquiries appropriately.
Assist with clerical duties such as typing documents, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies.
Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role is preferred.
Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with phone systems and basic clerical tasks.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
