Security Rover/ Operations Assistant wanted for full time position at a High End Condominium in Sunny Isles Beach
Previous work experience in a luxury hotel or condominium beneficial. This job will include the following:
~ Security/ Enforce Rules when required
~ Learn and train the Car Elevator software and give orientations to residents
~ Learn the Fire Safety Equipment in the Building
~ Report to AGM/ Director Of Operations
~ Monitoring cameras and writing incident reports
~ Great Customer Service and Energetic
~ Fluent in English and (Spanish or Russian) and communicates well
~ Answering Phones and transferring calls
~ Lifting up to 50lbs
~ 2 years’ experience working in security company.
~ MUST be experienced dealing with difficult customers
~ MUST have reliable transportation
~ Has extremely high standards of cleanliness and organization
~ Trouble shooting skills
~ Maintain a professional Demeanor but with cheerful and helpful attitude
~ Works well within a Team Environment
The required schedule is: Evening and Night work.
May be required to work weekends too
The signing on Bonus for this position will be $500 plus a $0.50 raise after 6 months.

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
