Working Supervisor – 12 PM to 12 AM – 3 on 4 off rotation per week
Managing a team of 10 – 15 guards in the Greensboro Airport area
Retail work and warehouse, we operate 24/7 – 7 days a week.
We are looking for a working supervisor to work sites and handle schedules and call outs. Great experience for the right candidate, PTO after the probationary period.
Best suitable applicants MUST meet the following requirements to be considered:
Valid PPSB Security Officer Registration
Reliable transportation and communication.
Successfully pass a comprehensive background inquiry to include a criminal history check
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Provide visual deterrence against wrongful acts against our client’s employees, customers, and property
Understand company policies and successfully execute post orders
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Come to work on time, be energetic and eager to perform the task at hand
Be able to work under minimal supervision
Interact cordially and communicate with the public
Able to stand continuously for excessive periods of time
Capable of making rational and reasonable decisions during tense, uncertain, rapidly evolving situations
Experience
Armed Security: 5 years (Required)
Required License(s) We will work with you on finding a local training company and sposoring your license if you are qualified and move past the initial interview process.
