The Security Supervisor is tasked with conducting protection for a large client(s) in the Kansas City, MO. area. This role will be responsible for all Missouri Operations, oversight of up to 40 and Team Members and assistant managers, in providing efficient and high-quality support directly to the client and their staff, as well as safeguarding client assets. Security Supervisor must work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and be able to, at times work under pressure to handle a wide variety of activities. You will be expected to competently respond to any situation that may arise while supporting the client and your staff, and actively support the organization’s mission. Duties & Responsibilities:
Scheduling of all personnel and transportation routes
Motivating and encouraging all personnel
Setting individual and company goals
Marketing and growing the company within the state of Missouri
Must Safeguard All Assets.
Static Operations
Reports to leadership with detailed updates and information.
Safeguards and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information.
Conducts ongoing threat, risk and vulnerability assessments.
Conducts protective advance operations.
Perform Counter Surveillance during operations.
Follow company and client-directed SOP’s.
Operates motor vehicles in a safe and legal manner.
Maintain a high level of physical fitness and personal appearance.
Monitor Surveillance Cameras
Conduct Mobile and/or Foot Patrols
Requirements:
5 years or more of experience in armed security operations.
4 years of supervisor experience.
Prior law enforcement, corrections and/or military a must.
Ability to work nights and weekends as required.
Must be on time, prompt, and honor regularly assigned work schedules.
Military Experience – Honorably Discharged, Military Police a plus, however all Veteran skills are of value. DD – 214 is required
Ability to work autonomously.
Have an operational understanding of today’s technology across all platforms.
Strong writing and interpersonal skills.
Possess a valid and current driver’s license.
Salary:
Up to $60,000 per year with performance based increases.
