We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee the security operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets while maintaining a professional environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to respond effectively to emergencies, and a commitment to upholding security protocols.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily security operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards.
Manage and train security personnel, providing guidance on best practices in loss prevention and conflict management.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, implementing appropriate measures to resolve situations effectively.
Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, investigations, and activities for management review.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary and maintain relationships with local authorities.
Ensure all security staff are trained in emergency response protocols.
Experience
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the security industry or law enforcement is preferred.
Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and conflict management strategies is essential.
Certification in first aid, CPR, or other relevant training is highly desirable.
Experience operating CCTV systems and conducting surveillance operations is a plus.
A background in military service may be beneficial but is not required.
