For one of our clients – an international company delivering end-to-end digital solutions. We
are on a lookout for experienced and detail-oriented security professionals for the role of a
Security Supervisor in Belgrade.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Coordinate and oversee security activities during shifts, ensuring the implementation of
security procedures in accordance with company standards, and monitoring the movement of
staff and visitors, including identity and credential checks;
*Prepare and issue access cards for authorized personnel according to established
procedures and regulations. Maintain records and manage the access card databases,
ensuring accuracy and security of information;
*Administer and monitor access to sensitive areas for authorized personnel, implement
access control procedures, and continuously monitor the operation of security systems
(cameras, alarms, etc.), reporting any technical failures or issues;
*Prepare detailed shift activity reports and communicate information to the security manager
in a timely manner. Coordinate teams during emergency situations such as fires, accidents,
and crimes, implementing response plans to protect life and property;
*Organize training for shift members on security procedures and intervention techniques, as
well as provide continuous training for new staff. Verify compliance with security standards
and participate in audits and inspections to ensure adherence to security regulations;
*Lead internal investigations related to security incidents, collect evidence, interview
witnesses, and prepare investigative reports. Regularly test alarm and emergency
communication systems (fire alarms, evacuation procedures, etc.), ensuring equipment and
procedures meet security standards;
Requirements:
*Minimum of 3 years of experience in security services; a private security license is
mandatory;
*Knowledge of security system operation and monitoring (e.g., surveillance cameras, alarms,
access control) ;
*Familiarity with risk identification protocols and incident response ;
* Ability to manage and maintain access records and systems.
