Full Job Description
“`Duties“`
– Supervise and oversee the security operations of the facility
– Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols
– Monitor CCTV cameras and conduct regular patrols to ensure a safe and secure environment
– Respond to security incidents and emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary
– Train and educate security staff on safety procedures and protocols
– Conduct investigations into security breaches or incidents, documenting findings and implementing corrective measures
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services as needed
– Maintain accurate records of security incidents, reports, and activities

-Must be able to work shift work in a site that operates 365 days a year and 24 hours a day.
– Proven experience in security or law enforcement field
– Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention strategies
– Possess a valid CPR and First Aid certification
-Possess a valid OC Spray, Baton, & Handcuff certification
– Excellent conflict management and problem-solving skills
– Ability to lead and supervise a team of security personnel effectively
– Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
– Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
– Military or law enforcement background is preferred
