As a Security Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and colleagues. With your keen eye for detail and strong leadership skills, you will oversee security operations, maintain safety protocols, and support a seamless guest experience in our historic five-star hotel.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring and monitoring the safety of guests by means of regular and irregular surveillance through the hotel
You offer first aid to guest and colleagues and you are the main point of contact in a case of calamities.
Observing safety-threatening situations and irregularities such as unwanted visitors, vandalism, aggressive behaviour, inappropriate visitors and removing such a situation through an adequate attitude
Drawing up guidelines, issuing instructions and rules to employees, often via department heads, aimed at avoiding unsafe and risky situations.
Taking care of/overseeing/coordinating the Fire Life Safety standards such as firedrills and FLS training.
Arranging security and monitoring aspects for parties
Attending events, ensuring orderly business and compliance with safety and fire regulations, arranging/coordination of handling problems at the start of visitors and circumstances
Requirements:
Teamplayer
Knowledge of and passion for luxury and hospitality
Diploma security officer,
You have obtained a BHV certificate or are prepared to do so;
Experience in the security or hotel industry
Speaks Dutch and English
Professional experience in conflict handling
