We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations and ensuring the safety of our premises, staff, and visitors. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment.

– Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel
– Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols
– Conduct regular patrols to ensure the premises are secure
– Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to any suspicious activity
– Respond to emergencies and incidents, including conducting investigations as necessary
– Train security staff on proper protocols and procedures
– Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, and other security-related matters
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed
“`Experience“`
– Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role
– In-depth knowledge of security operations and procedures
– Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
– Strong understanding of loss prevention techniques
– Ability to handle conflict situations calmly and effectively
– Experience in law enforcement or military is preferred
– CPR, First Aid, or other relevant certifications are a plus
