We are looking to hire a security & maintenance person for our Indoor RV/Boat storage facility in Topeka, KS. Not a huge time commitment and will give you extra spending cash. No skills required although some handyman skills would be a plus. Honesty and dependability are most important. Please apply if an extra spending cash would be helpful for you.
We will assess pay once we figure out really how much time this property will require. We will aim for $18/hr for your time but will adjust it to a flat monthly amount based on how the first few months go. You will be asked to help clean up the facility, clean up any messes, maintain mouse traps, perform light maintenance, verify things on the property, do daily security checks, use tech to communicate with our managers & be our overall eyes and ears looking out for the place. Some larger projects may be available to earn extra money on a case by case basis if you’re interested. There are times that urgent matters come up and we will need you at the property quickly so living in close proximity to the property is required. We will need to be able to get ahold of you quickly in an emergency situation. You will also need to be able to learn how to use our mobile apps quickly and be somewhat tech savvy.
