We’re hiring Security Supervisors to join our dedicated team of professionals. In this role, you’ll:
Provide on-the-job work direction to assigned personnel and performs related floor supervision duties.
Assist with planning and organizing of daily operation, i.e. scheduling of daily assignments, leave days and vacations.
Train associates on established methods and procedures.
Assure adherence to all safety policies and procedures in assigned area and report any safety hazards.
Make recommendations that will contribute to improved job. performance and development of Security Officers.
Maintaining security equipment.
Review reports.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Must have at least one year of security experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
Strong customer relation skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organization and administrative skills.
Excellent work ethic and attendance.
Must be able to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
