Job Description:
The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the security operations at our location in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have experience in security management and be able to lead a team of security personnel.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of security personnel
Develop and implement security policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with all security regulations and standards
Monitor security systems and respond to alarms and incidents
Investigate security breaches and incidents
Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed
Train and educate security personnel on security procedures and protocols
Conduct regular security audits and assessments
Prepare and submit security reports to management
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience in security management
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of security regulations and standards
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
