Security Supervisor

Location:

Prince George or Various Camp Sites Salary: $23 – $27 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Security Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Prince George or camp sites. The role involves scheduling, training, and supervising security staff to ensure site safety and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling:

Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure full site coverage, adjusting shifts as needed.

Training & Development

:

Provide initial and ongoing training to security staff, ensuring adherence to procedures and best practices.

Team Supervision:

Oversee operations, providing

leadership

and support to security personnel.

Security Management:

Monitor systems, handle security incidents, and ensure a safe environment at all times.

Collaboration:

Communicate with clients, management, and staff to maintain effective security protocols.

Qualifications:

Valid security license is required.

Advanced Security Certificate and OFA1 (Occupational First Aid Level

1) highly preferred.

Previous supervisory or security experience.

Strong
