Job DescriptionJob Summary-
As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating security operations within an organization. You will ensure the safety and security of all personnel, visitors, and premises by implementing and enforcing security protocols.
Job Responsibility-
Supervise a team of security guards and officers, assigning duties and shifts
Conduct regular patrols to check for any security breaches or suspicious activity
Monitor surveillance equipment and alarms to detect and respond to security threats
Implement security policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment
Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services in case of incidents
Conduct investigations into security incidents and prepare reports for management
Candidate Requirements-
Proven experience in security or law enforcement
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to remain calm and act quickly in high-pressure situations
Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures
Certification in security management or a related field is a plus.

Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or a similar role in security management.
Strong knowledge of security procedures, equipment, and surveillance systems.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team.
Ability to make quick decisions and respond calmly in high-pressure situations.
Attention to detail and the ability to analyze situations accurately.
Good physical condition to be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
