Dat to Day
Patrol and Surveillance: Conducting regular patrols of the hotel premises, both interior and exterior, to monitor for any unusual activities or security breaches. Overseeing the operation of surveillance systems and ensuring they are functioning correctly.
Incident Response: Responding promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms. Coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Team Supervision: Leading and managing the security team, including scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and providing training on security protocols and emergency procedures.
Access Control: Managing access control systems to regulate entry to secure areas. Ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to restricted areas.
Risk Assessment: Conducting regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities. Developing and implementing strategies to mitigate these risks.
Policy Enforcement: Ensuring compliance with hotel security policies and procedures. Conducting regular audits to assess the effectiveness of security measures and making recommendations for improvements.
Guest Interaction: Providing assistance to guests with security-related concerns. Ensuring a visible security presence to enhance guest confidence and safety.
