About the location:JOIN OUR TEAMReporting to the Assistant Director of Security, the main duties of the ResidenceSecurity Supervisorare to control the access and egress to and from areas of the Residence Building, which are under Four Seasons supervision. The Security Supervisor is responsible for task and assignment delegation to the team of officers on shift. This role is responsible for protecting company and homeowner assets from theft, fire, damage and assisting in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all persons in the location. Responds to a wide variety of homeowner requests by accurately assessing the resident’s needs and inquiries; offering personal recommendations and personalized touches to achieve maximum resident satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
TASKS
Directs day-to-day operations of the security department, working in tandem with Assistant Director of Security, Assistant Security Manager & Residences Leadership
Assist residential team with responsibility to ensure the protection of residents, guests, vendors and associates; their property, building and grounds.
Enforce residences rules, regulations, and policies as well as the departments’ rules, policies and standards.
Promote safety awareness and enforcement throughout the residences to reduce accidents and loss by providing training as required.
Respond to all emergency calls including Emergency Response team calls. Will assist in the Fire Command center when needed. Display complete knowledge of the fire/life System and all support systems, their functions and emergency response procedures.
Patrol building noting and correcting safety, security, and fire hazards. Able walk/run upstairs carrying a fire extinguisher.
Implement all policies and procedures regarding security and safety.
Share duties in Security Office/CCTV Room with emergency and department phone monitoring, closed circuit television monitoring, alarm monitoring, vendor/solicitor/visitor access, and key control.
Respond properly in any property emergency safety situation.
Handles all homeowner interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves complaints, assists homeowners in all enquiries in connection with services, hours of operations, key personnel, directions, etc.
