The British International School of Jeddah (BISJ) is seeking a dedicated security supervisor to ensure the safety of our school community, including students, staff, visitors, and property. You will oversee security policies, manage operations, and respond effectively to emergencies, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the security team to provide 24/7 coverage of the school premises.
Monitor security systems and conduct regular inspections.
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
Collaborate with the Facilities Manager on emergency response plans, including drills and training sessions.
Liaise professionally with the school administration, parents, and visitors to address security concerns.
Ensure alignment of security protocols with safeguarding and child protection policies.
Requirements:
Fluency in Arabic and English.
Proven Experience in security supervision, ideally in a school setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with safeguarding practices and security systems.
Relevant certifications (e.g., First Aid, Fire Safety, Security Operations) preferred.
Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to safety and security.
