Skills
Education:High school diploma or equivalent;
Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:Proven experience in security management or supervision, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
Certifications:Security-related certifications (e.g., Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP)) are a plus.
Skills:Strongleadership,communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage adiverse teameffectively.
Knowledge:Familiarity with security technologies, procedures, and regulations relevant to the industry.
