This position is under the direct supervision of the Regional Asset Protection and Security Manager. The Security Supervisor protects the company’s assets through prevention, awareness, communication, and deterrence. As well as the protection, safeguarding, and security of all Goodwill’s property, personnel, customers, and visitors against unauthorized entry, loss, or damage from theft, fire, or other causes. Responsibilities also include overseeing other security officers and enforcing rules and regulations at various locations where people congregate.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent is highly desirable.
Must possess a valid Florida Security license.
Minimum six months of security experience.
Meticulous, independent, and able to handle stress.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to write reports.
