Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the security operations and ensuring the safety of our premises, employees, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law enforcement or security management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
– Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel
– Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols
– Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with security standards
– Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, to detect any suspicious activities
– Respond to emergencies and incidents, such as alarms or disturbances, in a timely manner
– Investigate security breaches or incidents and prepare detailed reports
– Train security staff on proper procedures and protocols
– Maintain accurate records of security-related incidents and actions taken
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role
– Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures
– Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
– Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively
– Proficient in surveillance techniques and CCTV operation
– First Aid/CPR certification is a plus
– Knowledge of loss prevention strategies is desirable
– Strong conflict management skills
