Position: Security Supervisor Full Time
Commissionaires BC is currently looking for Security Supervisor to work at one of our sites in Surrey.
Position days and hours:
Monday to Friday, 0700 – 1500
Payrate:
$24.25/hr
Some of your responsibilities include:
Monitor/mange the fixed entry points on the site.
Identify any information concerning security deficiencies and report them.
Access control.
Use of electronic equipment.
Submit reports, time sheets, and staff evaluations as per deadlines.
Oversee training and scheduling of Commissionaires.
Leading through empowerment, and monitoring staff morale, discipline, and progress.
Ensure team maintains a professional standard of conduct, dress and deportment.
Maintain up-to-date Post Orders and Site Safety, Risk, and Quality Assurance assessments.
Liaise with the client to ensure their instructions are carried out as per written policy.
Contacting management in situations not covered by Post Orders.
Your Must – Haves …
Valid BC Security Licence
Have resided in Canada for a minimum of 5 years for clearance purposes
