Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to support and assist the Safety and Security Manager to provide a safe and secured environment in the Maison and ensure that the Security Ambassadeurs functions effectively with a view to provide optimum efficiency in achieving the required standards.
To assist in overseeing the safety and security operations of our resort for the opening of our Maison in the Seychelles. The candidate will be also assist in ensuring the safety and security of guests and employees, implementing and enforcing policies and procedures to minimise risk and loss, and managing emergency response procedures.
Profile
Diploma / Certificate in Security Management, or a related field.
A minimum of three years of experience in Security management or related fields in Hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of Safety and Security regulations, emergency response procedures, and risk management strategies.
Demonstrated ability to manage a team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent level of both written and spoken English; proficiency in other languages would be an added advantage.
Proficiency in security management software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for excellence, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a dedication to delivering exceptional safety and security results.
Knowledge of fire and life safety systems and emergency response procedures.
Familiarity with surveillance equipment, access control systems, and other security technologies.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
