Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security Supervisor located in New Cairo. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily security operations, ensuring the safety of all personnel and property, managing a team of security officers, and conducting regular patrols and inspections. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing security policies and procedures, responding to security incidents and emergencies, and maintaining up-to-date records and reports.
Qualifications
Supervisory Skills and Operations Management capabilities
Experience 5-7 years in the same field
Experience in Physical Security and compliance with safety regulations
Strong Communication skills and ability to provide excellent Customer Service
Proficient in maintaining security systems and technology
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
Relevant experience in the security industry is a plus
Valid certifications in security management or related fields are advantageous
