Job Description:

As a Security Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and security of our guests, colleagues, and premises. You’ll help create a warm and welcoming environment where our guests feel safe and valued.

What you will be doing:

Supervise the day-to-day security force to ensure the safety and security of all guests, employees, and hotel property.

Design, implement, and train employees on preventive security programs.

Conduct patrols and regular checks on all Security Officers to assure that they are alert and discharging their duties efficiently and effectively.

Conduct all investigations, prepare investigation papers/documents, and report cases, subversions, potential liabilities, and insurance requirements.

Assist colleagues in handling unusual guests or employees’ issues, such as disorderly conduct, thefts, employee or guest accidents, fire or safety hazards, civil disturbances, power or elevator failures, medical assistance, and natural disasters.

Keep abreast of developments within the hotel and community as they relate to security and act as a liaison with local law enforcement agencies.

Be fully conversant with current local laws and regulations as they relate to the hotel, particularly in the area of guests, patrons, and employees’ rights.

Your experience and skills include:

Minimum one year of experience in a similar role within a 5-star luxury hotel.

Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to personal presentation.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Experience in investigation, interrogation, and establishing reports.
