Oversees daily security operations, supervises security personnel, ensures safety and security of people and property, and enforces security procedures.
Responsibilities:
· Supervise and guide security guards.
· Schedule staff and conduct briefings.
· Implement security policies and protocols.
· Patrol premises and monitor security systems.
· Control access and respond to incidents.
· Prepare reports and maintain records.
· Ensure safety compliance.
· Assist with training and investigations.
Qualifications:
· Proven security experience (2+ years), including some supervisory experience.
· Valid Maharashtra security license.
· Knowledge of security procedures and systems.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Ability to handle emergencies.
· Basic computer skills.
· Familiarity with local security regulations.
· Female Candidate preferred. ·
