The DepartmentThe Security and Integrity Department (S&I) is responsible for the preservation of integrity by combatting criminality and corruption risks that can threaten horse racing, betting, and membership at the Club. The maintenance of a secure environment and integrity is key to our business. Not only is it important to ensure horse racing in Hong Kong is fair, it is also of paramount importance to the Club that there is governance and fair opportunities in all bet-placements. The Security and Integrity Department consists of Security, Integrity, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) as well as Financial Crime Risk (FCR) teams.
Reporting to the Security Team Head, Operations Planning and Logistics, you are responsible for managing security logistics work and providing logistics support to security operations in Sha Tin and Happy Valley.

Logistics Management
Manage the logistics work for guard posts in racecourses as well as the applicable security equipment that supports day to day security operations and race meetings
Order and purchase consumable items such as stationery and operational equipment (traffic cones, mill barriers, radios and related accessories) according to the suitable procurement strategy
Perform overtime claim management for Security Operations Team in the RTA (Rostering, Time and Attendance) system
Perform on-boarding process for new joiners such as uniform, locker allocation and SPP (Security Personnel Permit) documentations
Prepare and arrange the delivery of the refreshment order for Security Operations Team
Inventory Management
Conduct regular stock check and maintain inventory records such as stock lists for stationery and security equipment, etc. and ensure the store room is in neat and tidy condition
Store and dispose the retention documents in the store room on a regular basis and determines the possible ways to improve the process
Perform key management for the Corporate Security such as manage security posts key bags & register and maintain key records and conduct regular key boxes inspection at all guard posts
Security Patrol System Management
Be responsible for managing the process of patrol route system and coordinating with relevant departments in resolving the error
Others
Ensure compliance with Responsible Gambling Policy (RGP) and all stipulated legal requirements pertaining to wagering, thereby protecting the integrity of the Club’s business.
Undertake other duties as assigned by Line Manager
About You
Five passes in HKCEE / HKDSE with a minimum of five years relevant experience in the security field or disciplinary services
A valid Security Personnel Permit
Proficient in MS products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, SharePoint)
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese (proficiency in Mandarin is a plus), reading and writing in Chinese is essential
Competency and literacy with computers
Good physical essential for carrying out guard duties
Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese
Good analysing, organizing, planning, decision making and presentation skills
Initiative and willing to work special duties and race day duty (including public holidays)
A valid Hong Kong driving license code no. 1 & 2 is preferred…
