We are currently seeking a Part-time Courtesy Officer to work days, evenings, nights, and/or a combination of shifts, flexibility to work various shifts is preferred. The Courtesy Officer serves as the first point of contact for guests, answers calls, patrols the building as well as the grounds, and assists with other duties as needed.
Shift options: 12am- 8am, 8am- 4pm, or 4 pm-12 am
Serve as communication hub for visitors, residents and staff.
Assist with clerical duties such as typing, copying and faxing.
Utilize a POS system for front desk amenity payments.
Generate work orders related to maintenance and IT request.
Distribute mail to residents and staff mailboxes.
Monitor pull-cord and pendant alert systems for possible resident assistance.
May respond to emergency calls.
