We are looking for a person who:
Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
Has excellent communication skills for report writing and communicating with team members and customers.
Is reliable, friendly, and able to use good judgement.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintains and operates CCTV monitoring system
Conducts surveillance on all areas of operations.
Observe, document and verify video footage and report any unusual or suspicious activities on property.
Communicate with management and ensure that all requests for reviews are completed in a timely manner and information relayed accordingly.
Ensure that all Surveillance Department logs are up to date and have been filled out accordingly.
Physically maintains a presence on site to observe activities and compliance with applicable internal controls, laws, and regulations.
Provide assistance to people in need
Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time by the Operations Manager.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Valid Driver’s License
Proficient in the operation of all Surveillance-related equipment.
Excellent surveillance and observation skills
Experience
Experience as a Security Guard or similar role (Preferred)
