An incredible opportunity to join a leading Engineering Company and really make an impact on both the team and their customers.
Reporting to the Service Manager, this varied role will involve supervising a team of established Service Engineers and providing expertise, support and day-to-day management.
It is expected that you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Security Systems Service or Installations Engineer along with the drive and determination to supervise a team. You should have strong technical working experience in an IP Network environment with knowledge of software integration.
Typically, your role will involve:
Supervision of the Service Security Engineering Team
Support the team on any technical queries and provide solutions.
Work with the Service desk team to control workloads, hours and number of jobs completed within agreed limits
Work across stakeholders from Clients, Sales, Service desk and Engineering Team
Keep all associated paperwork up to date, training certs, RAMS, Safe Pass, as well as reports for senior management weekly.
