The Job
Assist the Assistant Security Manager (Operations) in managing and developing a team of Security Officers to provide excellent service to our Internal & External Customers
Manage the scheduling of Security Officers and contract Security Guards
Ensure that all security measures and processes are executed in relation to the urine & blood sampling operations of horses and the protection of the Club Assets
Ensure the efficient operation of all applicable Security Posts, CCTV and security patrol operations
Ensure the correct response to incidents and compile incident reports through the Security Control Centre; and provide applicable recommendations to strive for constant improvement.
About You
Tertiary education preferred
A minimum of 7 years relevant experience
Good knowledge of local criminal law, crime prevention techniques and surveillance facilities
Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese
Willingness to work shift duties including holidays.
