My client has opened up a Lead Technician role for multiple hire, as they have just been awarded even more projects for 2024. This is an urgent role.
The Company
They are a well renowned security systems integrator, that specialize in the commercial and local state education verticals. Projects range in value from 6 figures to 7, spanning across New Jersey and Philadelphia.
With branches spread out across the area, each member of staff is able to be allocated projects within their local area, to avoid unnecessary travel.
The Role
As the Lead Technician, you can expect responsibilities in the following areas:
Leading the installation of CCTV, Access Control and Intrusion Detection systems on high value projects.
Supporting the Project Manager in getting projects finished under budget and under schedule.
Educate other Technicians on new systems and why each one is tailored to certain projects.
Program systems when necessary.
Work closely with the Sales and Engineering team, to ensure strong team cohesion and project scope understanding.
Keep up to date with trending systems and industry knowledge to provide constant value to the team.
Ensuring strong communication with management on each step of the project, yet still being trusted without constant over watching from upper leadership.

What Can You Bring?
5+ years of industry experience.
Experience installing, servicing and programming of Electronic Security Systems.
Certifications in Lenel, Genetec, Brivo, Bosch and AMAG is a plus.
Project experience with Commercial and Local State Education projects.
