Summary
As a Security Guard at Ace Prevention Private Security, LLC, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients’ properties and events. Your expertise in surveillance and conflict management will contribute significantly to our mission of providing top-tier security services.
Responsibilities
Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, assessing situations effectively.
Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize risks for clients.
Utilize surveillance equipment, including CCTV, to monitor activities.
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a secure environment.
Document incidents and prepare reports as required.
Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary for incident resolution.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar role.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques.
Basic knowledge of CPR and first aid is preferred.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions.
Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
Relevant certifications in security or law enforcement are a plus.
