Turnberry Ocean Colony, a luxury oceanfront residence, is seeking a Security Officer to join our professional team. This role is essential in ensuring the safety and security of our residents, guests, and property. We are looking for a reliable and observant individual with excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Patrol and monitor the property to prevent unauthorized access and ensure safety.
Control entry at security checkpoints, verifying visitors, vendors, and deliveries.
Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergency situations.
Maintain accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests, assisting as needed.
Enforce community rules and regulations professionally and respectfully.
Coordinate with emergency services when required.
Requirements:
Previous security experience preferred but not required.
Valid security/driver’s license
Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be flexible with availability, including weekends and holidays.
