About The RoleFortis Games is hiring for a Senior Director of InfoSec to manage all aspects of the company’s cybersecurity needs.
What You Will Do
Lead a team to deliver a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy to include:
Security controls and policy framework
Information security & risk management
Application security in the software supply chain
Work with technology stakeholders to promote and institutionalize security practices through training, workshops, and continued awareness.
Provide reporting on the status of cybersecurity, risk and compliance programs to stakeholders and business leaders as a part of a strategic Cyber risk management program to support business outcomes.
Define and manage security operations and build plans to achieve SLAs and KPIs
Own the cybersecurity technology stack and associated processes and procedures
Plan and execute vulnerability assessments including the reporting and oversight of risk treatment plans to address findings
Build relationships with cross functional teams to execute projects on time and with high quality
Maintain written and verbal communication with internal and external customers
Manage multiple projects concurrently and maintain project & technology-level documentation
Required Qualifications
Experience with DevSecOps in a software development environment
Experience with Cyber Security frameworks, their implementation, and operations
Experience with 3rd party security audits and remediation
Experience in a remote-first, cloud-native environment
Comfortable with ambiguity
Experience working with internal and external partners and vendors to achieve goals on aggressive timelines
Experience working on complex projects with multiple stakeholders, timelines and budgets
Self motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication, organizational, leadership and collaboration skills
