Senior Industrial Security Representative

The National Security Sector’s Decision Advantage Solutions Business Area at Leidos Inc. is seeking a Senior Industrial Security Representative (ISR)/Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) to work in our Omaha, NE facility. The National Security Sector combines technology-enabled services and mission software capabilities for defense and intel customers in the areas of cyber, logistics, security operations, and decision analytics. As one of the five Business Areas in the National Security Sector, Decision Advantage Solutions accelerates the production, integration, and analysis of multi-domain mission data to deliver a decisive edge for customers engaged in intelligence operations and combat support.

Primary Responsibilities:

• The SISR/CPSO is responsible for implementing the industrial security program and ensuring company and customer security requirements are met. The role will assist with maintaining an operational Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), support classified meetings, perform security incident inquiries, and conduct periodic self-inspections.

• The SISR/CPSO will interface with executive Leidosleadershipas well as other levels of employees and government management personnel and must possess the ability to perform complex security tasks while delivering measurable results.

• The SISR/CPSO will support, implement, and provide guidance to customers and management on security matters pertaining to classified inventory and document control, personnel clearances and access nominations, classification control, visitor/access control, and DoD Contract Security Classification Specifications (DD Forms 254).

• The SISR/CPSO will analyze, investigate and prepare reports and/or recommendations for preventative or corrective actions in accordance with legal, contractual, and internal policies.

• The SISR/CPSO will implement security training, ensuring compliance with NISPOM and customer requirements.

• The SISR/CPSO will review, assess, and implement necessary revisions to the SCIF Standards, Practices and Procedures (SPP) and associated internal procedures for the assigned SCIF or other classified facilities according to guidance from the Cognizant Security Authority (CSA) and applicable federal regulations such as IC Tech Spec-for ICD/ICS 705, other applicable ICDs or the NISPOM.

• The SISR/CPSO is responsible for supporting the Facility Security Officer (FSO) on all aspects of onsite security management of the facility to include direct support to programs and staff for physical security, access control, alarm maintenance and response, subcontractor oversight, and document control/maintenance of classified equipment inventories.

• The SISR/CPSO will process, update and maintain customer-required security documentation for employees and subcontractors.

• The SISR/CPSO will administer day-to-day security interaction with employees and subcontractors working within the facility, as well as the security guard force. Ensure access control and visitor control procedures are communicated, understood, and followed.

• The SISR/CPSO will aid the FSO in day-to-day management of the Cleared Facility to maintain compliance with the National Industrial Security Program.

• Maintain government facility sponsors which may include drafting co-use and joint-use agreements and MOUs/MOAs for shared space.
