TIAG is currently hiring aSenior Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO)to support our team on an upcoming FEMA program based out of Washington, DC. This position requires a Top Secret clearance to be considered, so US or Naturalized Citizenship and current active clearance is required for consideration. This position reports on-site up to one day per week in Washington, DC, local candidates only.

Senior ISSO Responsibilities **

Provide support to plan, coordinate, and implement the organization’s information security program.

Provide support for facilitating and helping agencies identify their current security infrastructure and define future programs, design, and implementation of security related to IT systems.

Oversee the efforts of security staff to design, develop, engineer and implement solutions to security requirements.

Gather and organize technical information about an organizations mission goals and needs, existing security products, and ongoing programs in the MLS arena.

Perform Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities to achieve Authority To Operate (ATO).

Implement and enforce information system security policies, standards and methodologies.

Contribute to the development of new ideas and methods related to cyber security.

Develop and maintain Certification and Accreditation (C&A) documentation in accordance with DHS and FEMA guidance.

Develop and maintain system security plans, configuration management plans, incident response plans and other Information Assurance (IA) documents.

Conduct technical vulnerability assessments and track remediation activities in Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M).

Required **

10+ years of IT Security related experience, to include a minimum of one (1) year of FISMA experience.

Masters Degree in Cyber Security.

Minimum of five (5) yearshands-oncompliance experience.

IAT Level III certification required – (CISSP, CISM, Security+, CASP).
