Senior Manager, Global Physical Security Operations Jobs in West Hollywood, CA at Match Group

As a vital member of Match Group’s Global team, your primary objective will be to ensure the physical security and smooth operations of the Protect team at our global office spaces. This includes the day-to-day physical security operations in all our spaces, from the largest direct owned spaces, to our smallest co-working spaces. This role will work with our security team, security officer, or security representative in each of our spaces. You will work alongside our 24/7 GSOC, tasked with monitoring and analysis of risks on a global scale.

This position will require being onsite 4 days/week in our West Hollywood office.
How you’ll make an impact:
You will provide hands-on and in-person guard force management across our global sites, whether it be full-time, an outsourced security team, an individual security officer, or a main security point of contact. You will ensure operations are well-thought, schedules are run efficiently, and on-site staffing matches to company expectations.
You will lead and become an expert at the on-site operations and differences from site to site. You will be the main person responsible for how operations exist at each site.
You will visit our global offices, as physical security operations are something that are best understood while in person, so you can be the expert on the intricacies of each space and how they differ from our other spaces.
You will continue to maintain situational awareness of the area of responsibility and make cost conscious decisions and recommendations for increasing or decreasing a security deployment.
You will oversee and manage all aspects of the outsourced security teams, ensuring alignment with company policies and security protocols.
You will manage multiple security contracts, contract security officers, and full-time security personnel.
This position is responsible for creating, administering, and managing a security budget. In addition overseeing the regular reporting, accounting, and authorizing of invoices.
You will provide guidance, training, and support to outsourced security personnel to enhance their effectiveness.
You will develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
You will conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
You will lead the process of determining when event site assessments need to be conducted and assign security personnel for such events, when and if needed.
You will oversee visitor, vendor, guest, and mail/package management and ensure the correct deployment of Envoy in our global network of offices.
You will coordinate and work hand-in-hand with our GSOC to monitor events and obtain documentation and real-time alerts as requested. You will partner with our investigations and intelligence team to ensure you have the details needed to ensure successful operations.
You will partner with Global Protect team members to share, learn and implement best practices.
You will develop, implement and rehearse emergency response and crisis management plans and liaise with existing landlord contract security and surrounding property owners.

You have 8+ years of experience in physical security operations with 5+ years being in a management capacity.
You have experience managing security operations across multiple global sites.
You have experience overseeing and managing outsourced security teams and internal security teams.
You have managed a security budget and have a disciplined approach to financial management and principles.
You have demonstrated knowledge of physical security best practices, physical security systems, and incident management.
You have the ability to develop and implement security policies and procedures.
You have experience conducting regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
You have strong situational awareness and the ability to make cost-conscious decisions regarding security deployments.
You have the ability to lead and train security personnel to enhance their effectiveness.
You are capable of coordinating and working with a 24/7 GSOC for monitoring and risk analysis.
You are willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal stakeholders, the PREWF (Protect, Real Estate, Events, Workplace, and Facilities) team, security personnel, and property owners.
You are experienced with physical security systems and visitor management systems.
You can develop and rehearse emergency response and crisis management plans.
Professional certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP), or similar are a plus.

This salary range is reflective of a position based in Los Angeles, CA. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
