Job Location :Ang Mo Kio
Security clearance in Singapore is a prerequisite for this role, as it pertains to a defense project. Only candidates selected for further consideration will receive notification.
Responsibilities:
Innovation Exploration:Dive deep into market and technology trends to uncover exciting growth opportunities within the PSS business.
Strategic Analysis:Collaborate with the PSS team to conduct comprehensive strategic analyses, identifying and recommending new business areas to pursue.
Customer Engagement:Cultivate strategic relationships with key customers, identifying new initiatives to enhance customer support and drive business growth.
Partnership Development:Identify and nurture partnerships to expand capabilities and unlock fresh business prospects.
Operational Oversight:Coordinate work plans and monthly meetings, tracking business progress and spearheading new strategic initiatives.
Solution Proposals:Evaluate customers’ needs and processes to propose innovative solutions aimed at digitization and technological optimization.
Collaborative Engagement:Work closely with Business Analysis and Line of Business teams to understand product offerings and architectural elements.
Technology Insights:Conduct horizon scanning activities to maintain a deep understanding of technology, trends, and business processes.
Requirements:
Strategic Mindset:Highly driven individual with a passion for strategic thinking and collaboration across PSS functions.

Domain Expertise:Experience in public safety and/or technology domains is advantageous.
Analytical Skills:Strong strategic planning, market research, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Communication:Proficiency in English with excellent writing, communication, and presentation abilities.
Experience:Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Technical Aptitude:Proficiency with foundational computing knowledge and user experience principles
